Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, missed appointments, or unused services. Service credit may be given upon our discretion. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling and cancellations require 48 hours' notice in advance of your scheduled service. Missed or inaccessible appointments are counted as completed. Service may be forfeited or canceled without refund for violation of terms.
